An Overview of the Foundation

There is no nation on earth without challenges but the challenges facing countries with developing economies can be staggering and South Africa is no exception.

The socio-economic development challenges in South Africa can be overwhelming, however, overcoming socio-economic development challenges in South Africa is possible. It will take a concerted effort from all sectors of society: Governments, Corporates and individuals working together for a better society.

The Xolani Mabaso Foundation NPC was established in October 2016 with an aim of fighting poverty and creating sustainability in different communities across South Africa. The idea came into being after detecting the level of poverty, unemployment, and the critical conditions that people in South Africa live under and the lack of skills training that our youth experience after matriculating.

We’ve decided to do something about it. We established the Foundation to help bridge the gap of unemployment and poverty in all communities across South Africa and at the same time strengthening our democracy and creating sustainability.
